A riverside room in the Southwest
Caesars Windsor stands at 377 Riverside Drive East, Windsor, ON N9A 7H7. It sits on the Detroit River waterfront, facing the Detroit skyline, near the Canadian end of the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. The casino opened in May 1994 as Ontario's first, in a temporary home in the former Art Gallery of Windsor. Its permanent resort opened on July 29, 1998, and the name Casino Windsor lasted until 2008.
Ontario's land-based casinos are conducted and managed by OLG, with day-to-day operations contracted to private service providers. Since March 3, 2026, Caesars Entertainment operates Caesars Windsor on behalf of OLG under a 20-year operating agreement. Caesars also leases the buildings and land from OLG, and the initial term ends March 2, 2046. In this guide's night sky, it is one of the stars of the Southwest constellation.

On the floor and around it
- Slots and tables: there are over 2,000 slot machines and over 80 table games. Dynasty electronic tables, where each player bets at a screen instead of on felt, offer roulette, blackjack, mini-baccarat and iTable Blackjack.
- Poker has its own space, a dedicated World Series of Poker room. In poker, players compete against each other rather than against the house.
- Food and drink run from Neros Steakhouse to Legends Sports Bar, Johnny Rockets, Spago Trattoria, Café 377 and Tim Hortons. Cosmos Lounge has live local music on Fridays and Saturdays, and The House Sports Lounge sits alongside. The Ariius nightclub left after 10 years, with a final weekend of January 29 to 31, 2026, and moved to 576 Ouellette Avenue downtown.
- Upstairs, 758 guest rooms fill two towers: the 389-room Forum Tower from 1998 and the 369-room Augustus Tower from 2008. Guests also find an adult-only indoor pool with a whirlpool. Shows play at The Colosseum, which seats 5,000. The resort also offers more than 100,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space.
- Caesars Rewards is the loyalty card here, a membership card a casino uses to record visits and play. The whole casino has been smoke-free since May 31, 2006.

Entry is for people 19 or older, the Ontario minimum for casinos. Ontario casinos accept only valid government-issued photo ID to verify age. Staff must check the ID of anyone who appears under 30, so carry it even if you look older.
